In certain circumstances we may be able to extend the deadline, so if you are unable to get all the information together in time please do contact us by email or phone to discuss your difficulties.

Please include a 10 minute DVD or VCD of your conducting, plus three passport sized photographs. You may also include a CV, letters of recommendation or other material to support your application. Please note that the application materials cannot be returned to you.

Mail 3 copies of completed application form and photos together with £40 non-refundable application fee (cheques payable to "London Conducting Workshop") and DVD / VCD to:

CVs, or forms sent to us without the application fee, will not be considered in the first round. Please note that we are unable to accept credit card payments. If you wish to pay in a currency other than in British Pounds sterling then please contact us first to ensure you send the correct amount.

If you are offered a place a 50% deposit will become payable within 7 days of the offer in order to confirm your participation. The balance is due by 15 June, but can be paid at any time before then. The cost of the London Conducting Workshop at the Royal College of Music this year is £725; the cost of the residential course at Champs Hill is £530, but owing to sponsorship offered this year the fee for Champs Hill only is reduced to £330. We accept payment by bank transfer (in Sterling only please) or by cheque.
